How old does my child need to be to use Tush-a-roo?

Your child should be at least 6 months old and able to sit up unassisted, while maintaining neck and head control. Head should not bobble forward or backward or side to side.

How long can I use the Tush-a-roo baby seat?

That depends on each child, tush-a-roo is designed to be used for up to 32 pounds. Every child is different and reached the weight limit at various ages and stages

Can I use Tush-a-roo on event bleachers?

YES. you can use Tush-a-roo on event bleachers. You must not leave your child unattended or place your child on the top row of the event bleacher.

Is Tush-a-roo available in different colors?

Tush-a-roo comes in the original blue. Additional colors are available for purchase.

Tush-a-roo was designed for parents on the go and is capable of use in a variety of situations. Some examples of use most restaurant highchairs, grocery baskets, dining chairs, park benches, picnic tables, event bleachers, and so much more!

Is Tush-a-roo machine washable?

It sure is, simply remove the seat covers and toss them in the wash on cold, lay flat to dry.

Great question! This is how our shipping department works. All orders placed before 12 pm CST will be sent to our shipping carriers for shipment that day. Orders placed after 12 pm CST will be sent out the following business day. (Assuming it is not a weekend or holiday as our shipping carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays.)

What is the return policy on Tush-a-roo?

Our return policy is simple. Tush-a-roo has a 30-day return policy. If it's not the right fit for you simply head over to our returns page and complete our return form. We will send you a prepaid shipping label. All returns MUST include original packaging, user manual, quick setup guide, all straps, seat back and bottom coverings, all warning labels and other labels still attached to the chair in the factory location.

Once we have received your return, we will process the refund within 10 business days.

Does Tush-a-roo have a warranty?

A-Tush-a-roo has a 1-year product warranty, this covers any manufacturer defects. All other products have a 90-day warranty. If you need product support or replacement for broken products, please submit a claim through our warranty claims form. We will assist you with the support you need.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse. or damages caused by the user.
